A sculptural and video Installation commissioned specifically for the high altar space in Southwalk Cathedral during the period of Lent 2017. The concept of corrugated metal as a ubiquitous building material forms the basis of this installation. Made from and exploiting the fragility of  aluminium foil, this material symbolizes the frailty of the human condition, inhabiting and experiencing crumbling and crumpled architectural structures. Responding to the space of the cathedral, and the notion of veiling,  the dismantled pieces ask questions about ‘home’ or ‘shelter’.
